I'm a Michigan fan, but mostly - living down south, a true fan of college football!

I love good banter and following recruiting, and this might be one of the best places I have seen that has both, though a buckeye site, I hope some can give me the benefit of the doubt. I am so glad that both Michigan and Ohio State seem to be heading back to where they should be - the head of this great conference, cause I hate hearing crap down south on how horrific the Big Ten is, after ten long years down here. Good luck in the Gator Bowl against UF, rep the conference well and lets hope we can get some Ws this bowl season.

Oh, and am I the only one who thinks Florida playing in the GATOR BOWL is a bit shady?

Nah, you say pretty much anything you want on BP as long you don't:


  • curse in the recruiting forum
  • bash players or coaches
  • pimp another site and basically use us as free advertising
  • bring politics outside of the poli forum

Considering you broke two of those rules in your first two posts, it is actually surprising you are still here. However, here is to a clean start.

Hi all! Long time buckeye fan born and raised in Columbus and currently serving our Air Force here in St. Louis! I lurk here a lot during the offseason but am here all the time with all the craziness going on right now with Urben Meyer. Looking foward to some casual banter with all of you and I already can't wait for the next season!

P.S. You'll see me post a lot during the middle of the night...I'm currently on shift work doing mids (1030P-630A) for the next few months. Cheers!

I'm new here and have really enjoyed the recruiting and football threads so far. I graduated from tOSU in 2000, so I'm a die hard fan and supporter for life. I grew up about an hour North of C'bus, and we currently live in the same town, but I work in C'bus. I look forward to getting to know some of you, and I'm sure I'm like the rest of you who can hardly wait for more football news to unfold. Who will be on Urban's staff? What players will end up signing?

Guess I'll throw my hat in the ring.

Been registered here for a while but read a lot, not really a poster. Born and bred a Buckeye in the Columbus area although school and work took me out of state (and made me tolerable of Penn State fans until the recent crap hit the fan), home for the holidays and so enjoying it

Back after a long hiatus. Got side tracked by life --- marriage, kids, and job. Moved out of Big Ten country and really miss the game day atmosphere & tailgating, but picked up the beach and fresh seafood. Good to see a lot of the same people still actively posting.

Always enjoyed this site -- it's where most of the good posters migrate and you can actively engage in a mature debate.
