Allegations of a skating judging deal cut between Americans and Russian (judges).

http://tracking.si.com/2014/02/08/us-skaters-dismiss-collusion-report

Just allegations from a French media outlet. Nothing more. Could be true (don't care either way cause it's probably happening in a lot of sports). Cash is King.

Given the history of the French judges in the Olympics, if it was from their media outlet then they were just mad because they were left out of the deal.

So much nicer watching the NBC Live Stream.

When you have to wake up extremely early to watch, it's nice to not have someone screaming and only one announcer (so lots of natural sound like coaching instructions).

Agreed. I woke up at five to watch the ski athlon. It was nice to have a laid back announcer. Thanks again for making me aware of it.

NBC's website just wants to show me the 2010 final hockey game, can't find any way to switch to live streams, external links all point to the 2010 hockey game and absolutely no internal links on the NBC website. Really annoying.

The whole Jim Ross thing just doesn't work for most Olympic sports...the cross country guy is ridiculous. The Ski Jump guy was a lot better. And I have to say I find Johnny Weir to be pretty entertaining

I feel for the curling diehards (there are some in the U.S.), because the first matches of the Olympics go off at midnight ET (Sunday to Monday).

All the first matches of each session start at midnight ET. So curling fans won't sleep.
