Meh, they're journalists... 30 years ago they'd be lucky to have their own hotel rooms.
Now they're just entitled brats that think a 4yr degree and a podium make them important or something.
And the article pretty much says that through and through "you better give us everything we want and treat us like we're special snowflakes or we'll write nasty things about you"
Journalistic Integrity is dead, if it ever existed.

I watched it on CBC (Canada), but same spiel. They spent more time talking over the history stuff about what they felt was left out than anything else.
I wonder if they did the same thing when the Olympics were in London... complaining about how the British left out Kenyan genocide in the 1950s, or The Troubles, or the Zulu Wars, or their use of Opium to control China, or.... I could be here all day.
It's also a bit weird seeing all this furor over Gay Rights on the heels of that Duck Dynasty PR stunt. I saw one publication refer to Russia as "State Sponsored Homophobia" ... doesn't seem any different than large swaths of America.

Jamaica won't medal because that sport is so much based on equipment (sleds). But I'm rooting for Jamaica to do well just for the fact that it's documented Eastern Europe/Russia are heavily racist against black guys.

It's at least that way with professional soccer.

You caught that too didn't you. At the beginning of the women's skiathon.

If you listen to the online live stream, where it's not NBC but rather the international broadcaster (usually British), it's not that bad.
