Thanks, Iron. That the screenshot has an image of the ad and clearly shows the ad's URL (in the pop-up header) makes this an easy one. I've sent a message off to SW and (based on history) it should be fixed promptly.

I'm told it's gone, please let me know if you see it (or anything else out of line).

No pop-ups, pop-unders, or forced audio. Basically nothing in your face unless you click on or mouse over the ad itself -- and even then it should be pretty sedate.

Turns out a filter (to block interstitial ads; pop-ups, etc.) had been accidentally removed at YardBarker. They're in the process of restoring all of it, and the stray nasties should mostly be gone now, entirely by tomorrow. Apologies that some got through.
