I don't think putting Harbaugh's head in a vise would make someone a bad guy. Maybe a bit enthusiastic, but not bad.

Also both OC and DC in on using it.
I could buy maybe one Coordinator was funding this... if it wasn't being used on both sides.
Harbaugh making over 10mil/yr. These expenses would be nothing for him or another connected booster.
The fact he started this when a "volunteer" (unpaid) assistant makes me think there won't be any record of University travel claims etc.
My bet is Harbaugh personally funded it. Maybe he tells the other coaches that this guy is a genius military intel officer (spoiler: he was a crayon eating supply officer) and they buy it.
Very curious what this means for all their careers and if anyone will flip. Because otherwise the entire staff should be blackballed from NCAA and NFL.

Harbaugh's handlers wouldn't let him personally finance it. I bet they just paid for it from university funds, though. If they weren't smart enough to not use the dumbass's real name, they likely didn't hide the money, either.

Keep in mind that Harbaugh is a cheap motherfucker as evidenced by Cheeseburgergate. Had he just thrown down some cash for the tip, there's no paper trail. Instead the cheap moron put the tip on his expense card.
