SimPLLLLLLLe Jim "6-13" Harbaugh (B1G Suspenders McKhakiPants, Cheater Cheater Booger Eater)

I think he's mentally unhinged enough that he truly convinces himself that he and his program are incapable of doing wrong, so his refusals to cooperate with the ncaa or even speak to them somehow become not only justified but some act of nobility in his warped psyche.

I think that is exactly what was/is happening with the COVID recruiting case so it isn't a big stretch of the imagination to see him doing it on a much larger scale with the sign stealing scheme.

His emotional instability/defectiveness/ego/whatever is going to do in him here. Big time.

Yeah, he's pretty much a mess upstairs: stupid, probably has some level of asperger's, self-deluding and comically egotistical and narcissistic. I mean has an NFL team ever run off a coach fresh off 3 championship games and a Super Bowl? That's why I'm kind of leaning towards the belief that tsun turned themselves in (whether partly or solely) because Warde Manuel finally saw a chance to rid himself of the lunatic.

100% agree. Especially the NFL bit. I thought that when they ran him out of SF and I know it even more today.

The NFL will help you hide dead hookers if they think it will help the brand and you are winning. NO ONE gets run off after 3 straight Conf CG appearances. I can't even imagine the level of workplace cancer you have to be for that to happen.

Only stands to reason he would have the same affect on his tsun co workers. We tried to tell the DFBIA that back in 2015. They were convinced that since players cycle out every 4 years, it would all be good. Not a thought was given to the staff, admins, his bosses, trustees etc.

I'm sure he's making the same error that Urban made with the Ohio State trustees and believing that just because they take pictures with you and go to golf outings with you that they're ready to protect you no matter what.

A high level of arrogance can keep someone stuck on the Mt Stupid portion of the Dunning Krueger graph

It can happen to someone smart like Benjamin Franklin. He credits much of his personal growth to an elder at his church who told him that if he remained as arrogant as he was, he’d never learn to listen and would therefore never know more, “…than you know right now, which is precious little, young master Franklin.”

It can happen to someone like Jim Harbaugh too
