So the latest rumor (to be taken with a grain of salt) making its way through the Michigan forums, is that the Jug comped the burgers, and Harbaugh seriously put the tip on a team-affiliated credit card; and the NCAA has the receipt for that tip. Nobody has mentioned it, but knowing how the NCAA operates, they may well try to say the Jug itself is acting like a booster giving improper benefits; for comped hamburgers.
