This could be one of the biggest hires in college football history. Plucking a proven NFL coach in the prime of his career back to the college ranks. Even when Saban came to Alabama, he was pretty darn mediocre at Miami.

Harbaugh first five years at Michigan: 47-18 (32-12)

In his next 11 years coaching college, Saban won 5 National Titles. So, clearly, the only option for TTUN is to sign Harbaugh to a minimum 11 year contract.
