Actually here's what I think will happen,

1) right after this season scUM will give him a new 4 year contract as to not hurt recruiting; but hidden in the fine print is that nothing is guaranteed and scUM can terminate him at any time without any further money owed to him.

2) he coaches the 2021 season;

a) if he wins 10 games or more he gets (at least) another season, i.e. 2022.
b) if he doesn't win 10 games he gets "shit canned".
