SimPLLLLLLLe Jim "6-13" Harbaugh (B1G Suspenders McKhakiPants, Cheater Cheater Booger Eater)

BTN Bus Tour stopped at Michigan practice today. Harbaugh did not sit down at the desk to interview -- first time that has ever happened in the history of BTN doing these things (112 stops since 2008). Media people have been falling over themselves for seven months to give Jim free pub for his program and the guy doesn't know how to "sell" during his air time. It's 2015, not 1985. You have to do this stuff now.

This fucking guy ...

alienating the media while taking over a high profile coaching gig with a questionable amount of talent on the roster

That's certainly one way to go about things, not the first thing that would come to my mind but then again, I'm not a functioning autistic.

Ya know, and not to sound like one of those "I've got friends with an autistic kid so those jokes are not cool" person, but I've got friends who have a son on the spectrum and the young man is WAY more sociable than Hairball. Not to say that Hairball isn't further down the spectrum than my friend's son, not making excuses here... But, just but... could it be that Hairball is just an giant douchebag privileged ass-hat?

Why not both?

It seems to me like people on the autism spectrum are highly influenced by the things they are exposed to.

After a lifetime of experience with ultra competitive, ultra testosterone fueled athletics- Harbaugh has been molded into a truly unique kind of unpleasantness.

It's definitely both. I don't think it's insulting to those with autism to speculate that Harbaugh might have high functioning Asperger's Syndrome. There's clearly something wrong with him, and he fits the symptoms list to T. It's also quite likely that it's never been diagnosed, much less treated. In our dysfunctional society, Harbaugh has been sheltered and enabled to do anything, except major in History, as long as he's been good at the foosball. For Christ sake, Michigan hired a wrangler to keep him out of trouble. Clearly, the higher ups are, on some level, weighing these exact same thoughts.

Yeah, maybe calling him a high functioning Autistic is a little politically incorrect but hell, no one is going to tell the scUM brass who they can and can't hire.

I'm seeing a zip line and a cage in Mongo's future

Jim Harbaugh: I felt like San Francisco management 'left me'
http://www.si.com/nfl/2015/02/13/jim-harbaugh-san-francisco-49ers-team-left-me

49ers management told Jim Harbaugh he wouldn’t be back for 2015… two weeks before the end of the 2014 season
http://blogs.mercurynews.com/kawaka...arbaugh-wouldnt-back-2015-two-weeks-end-2014/

This guy is aloof, arrogant, antisocial, uncommunicative, and/or whatever you want to call it. In hindsight you can see who the problem was between him and the 49ers owner/management, etc. and it wasn't the 49ers owner or management.

Old article/interview (April 19, 2015):

“You didn’t always play well with others, necessarily,” Kremer says to Harbaugh.

“Yeah, people say that,” Harbaugh responds.

“Well, what do you say?” Kremer asks.

“It must be true, yeah,” Harbaugh replies. “Sometimes I’d wear out my welcome.”

“What does that mean you wear out your welcome?”

“They just don’t want to be around you after a while,” Harbaugh admits.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/04/19/wearing-out-welcome-isnt-new-for-jim-harbaugh/

Apparently he realizes that he has a problem and he just doesn't give a shit.
