From 10-12 today, I couldn't join or create any games on any servers. Every game in my join list was full, no matter how long I scrolled down.

Later in the day it was fine.

I've had to wait for NE2, but not too long. Not like the first day when it said "Will retry connecting in 20 minutes..."

I see jwins has a city now, but I don't see anything in it yet. Whose invitation(s) did you finally get?

My theory on the tourist stuff is that new attractions bring the most people. I put down a Globe Theater and get a good crowd when I host events there, so I'm going to do an Expo next. Events may be needed to balance landmarks. Also, at night you'll see the tourist spots go empty and the hotels fill.

What is wrong in these pictures? It's kind of a Where's Waldo question.

I will give you a hint, check out the house stuck on top of building near the top right of the island.

It sucks the in game screen capture does not show the info boxes. When I clicked on the house it said "people keep dying around here." Well, duh. Anytime you step out your front door you fall to your death. The funny thing is, when I bulldozed it the building actually fell to earth and crashed. It didn't just become rubble at the top of the building.

Thanks for the gift Deety.

Looks like my other town has become unplayable. It got a calculation error earlier and I tried to go back to a previous state. Since then it won't load. Chalk up another error. Oh well, that town was in trouble anyway.

I can't get in now, but it did say your invite was sent successfully last night. Lies, probably. But just in case, I noticed that the SimCity mail icon still looked empty when I found my invite to BP*2 in there - no notifications, either.

At maximum building density, are RCI buildings 3x3 buildings? Or only 3x2 (not as deep)?

With the far too small maps, I'm wondering if I should build some of my avenue blocks a bit closer together if they are only going to contain those ploppables and no larger items like hospitals or power plants.
