I have to admit that the way they think of themselves as clean as the driven snow drives me nuts. Considering their past, their recent struggles and that so many of the school's big money supporters are obsessed with the foosball, that program is ripe for a scandal.

Just like the Pedsters, they are delusioned to the point that they are convinced that they are the one clean program and that everyone else has resorted to cheating just to try to keep up with them (and their all too mediocre results). If and when a scandal were to unfold, it would be met with disbelief, denial and ignored as nothing more than a jealousy-driven witch-hunt.

That can add up in a hurry.

Well it's better than being a Walmart greeter I guess...
I don't really begrudge any University for hiring school heroes to fill what amounts to a PR role though. They could've made him a member of the Board of Trustees or something that actually involved decision making and responsibility... that'd be a terrible mess.

I guess comments about the stunning similarity of I Been Workin' on the Railroad and The Eyes of Texas are upon You are exceedingly offensive to Shaggy. Thanks to Ulukin and ORD for lending me greenies, but the post has been sent to couch fire heaven.

Very limited range of music in the Big Whatever - Oklahoma has to use Yale's Boola, Boola, Texas steals Workin' on the Railroad and Big Whatever wannabe SMU uses She'll be Comin' Round the Mountain.
