Yup. When Bob lost the trial, the servers went to the plaintiff, Kevin Morgan. So they are going to be picked up today or tomorrow. Morgan is already rich, so he'd rather shit on Bob than let the servers stand and get an income stream, so the lawsuit seems to be is more about bad blood than the $300-400K.

Agreed. But when it is a 'who ya gonna believe?' contest about partnership formation and when things ended, the damages are pretty fluid, depending upon the dates selected. Paying for a good lawyer at the start is far less painful then leaving it up to a jury's call at the end.
