BBQ is serious business over there... not sure why, it's the most unimaginative food I can think of. That they claim to have invented burning meat and slathering it with sugary condiments is confusing. Pretty sure every culture since the dawn of mankind figured out how to burn meat. But I guess it fits into the whole MURICA thing along with the obesity that comes with it.
