Just saw it and thought it was a great episode. Actually, I really like the direction The Journey has gone since the suckfest that was Illinois Football: The Journey lol.

I hope they do something similar for football instead of focusing on just one team.
I'd be willing to bet no teams were willing to do it after Illinois football and Minnesota basketball had underachieving seasons while doing the journey. I agree that the format they went with this year is much better. It's much more interesting for fans from every school.

That would be awesome, but we all know Tress would never allow the access needed to make that work lol

I could be wrong, but I thought I heard a couple of years ago, when the network first launched that the programs had to agree to a certain amount of access. Not sure how much, and maybe I'm making that up.

The Shark needs to step up his game. His towel waving wasn't on the level it needs to be yesterday. We all know he has it in him to produce.

Its difficult to stay at the top of your game for 40 minutes as a benchwarmer. You don't just wave towels. You have to get up for timeouts and sometimes move over to another chair. I'm not sure how they do it for a whole season.

Good point. It's got to be particularly taxing to do it with a torn labia, too.

I wouldn't expect too much out of him the rest of the season. He was clearly sporting the arm sling and it's tough to get good wave action with your arm in a sling.
