Well, it was just one scrimmage, but there was a definite improvement in JD's game! Lots of depth this year. It will be interesting to see how deep Matta goes into the bench once the real deal is here because based on what I saw Sunday there are a lot of guys who could contribute. Go Bucks...and here's hoping we get to see some high flying dunks this year from JD!

Spoon has all the physical tools needed to be a star. His game coming out of HS was very raw, oh hello again Captain Obvious, but if he spent last year and the off season really working on it, wow, the sky is the limit.

The most important thing he can do to see the court consistantly is to play defense. His size and athletecism will allow him to guard multiple positions, and we all know how Coach Matta stresses D.

this is what i love about Spoon...for a young player & for one who really hasn't played that much on the college basketball there's no indecisiveness at all. he's either keeping the ball moving or going strong up to the hoop.

can't forget those nasty backdoor oops. i would love to see him get regular minutes
