Bleed S & G;838565; said:I agree with the role model part but i do disagree with the drug addict/pot link.. you told me earlier you don't see a diffrence between pot and crack.. this is one of the many diffrences.. pills, alcohol, crack, blow, meth etc etc sure but pot? so me where marijuana is physically addictive.. it may be mentally addicting but IMO thats on the indivual.. which brings me to my next point:
Disagree here because while being around a dope dealer may put you around blow or some other drugs, its on the indivdual to take that step and enter that world.. IMO at least, im sure everyone here has had diffrent situations but i really feel that it is on the indivual and their mind
Hmm something tells me people need to stop citing the 'majority public' and start dealing with facts..
Pot laws in Ohio:
Possesion of less than 100 grams:
Minor misdemeanor & 100 dollar fine.. an ounce is 28 grams so you'd need to have a TON of bud to approach 100 grams, so if your not dealing you're pretty much fine in ohio.. oh yeah the minor misdemanor means it does NOT go on your record.

You also should research the history of the "drug" from ancient times through present, wont take much but it really is fascinating.. pot became 'bad' in only the last half century or so.. it helped advance many cultures, as a matter of fact with out the indian hemp seed this country may not nearly be what it is today.
As shown above the penalties.. pot is a 'slap on the wrist' too you're talking without any fact at all, just your preconcieved notions
obviously our government sees some diffrence between crack & pot, regaurdless if you do or not, or the 'majority'
the point is him as an individual makes that choice so thats the fact of the matter. it is also a fact of the matter that many individuals do get blazed then end up experimenting with other drugs. this has been proven by near everybody even if it may not be in your or anybody else's claim. cocaine used to be put into coca cola back in the day and everybody loved it.........doesn't make it anymore right. and you want to cite the facts of the legality of matter......i want to point out the reality of the matter. if an athlete gets pulled over for a seatbelt violation it is next to no problem and will not show up in the news......but if it is with drugs.......well i find that to be self explanatory.
