life can't exist without society. pothead is obviously withdrawn and partaking in consistent illegal behavior.......just what all those kids with NFL jerseys at games wanna see.

I partake in consistent illegal behavior as well. I rarely buckle my seatbelt and I regularly speed.

well something tells me that drug usage is a little bit more of an issue because i am pretty sure most NFL fans won't shout out remarks like "ricky is a speeder!" or "ricky doesn't wear his seatbelt" not to mention its nothing more than a slap on the wrist with a small fine(usually). now if there are kids that are dolphins fans at the game and all they hear is how ricky is a pothead then i am pretty sure they are pretty confused with the situation not to mention that his team and fans were left in a void when he abandoned them. the guy.....frankly put......is a piece of shit.

something tells me that the majority of the public will disagree that smoking pot is less of a crime or equal to not wearing your seatbelt........just a guess. i really find it hilarious that you a defending a pothead that is ruining himself and most everybody agrees with it.

First off, I don't give a flying fuck what everybody agrees with.
Second, it doesn't matter that the majority of the public disagrees that smoking pot is equal to not wearing a seatbelt. That's the law, right?

I think that most will agree that it is the continous, long term use of mj that causes the biggest problems. I tried it a couple times years ago . It did't do anyhting for me

I'm not really trying to debate the benefits of pot. I'm just saying that the argument that "pot is illegal, therefore, if you do it, you're a bad person" is total bullshit. At one time in America, it was illegal to harbor runaway slaves. Those were bad people, right? I mean, the law is the law.

he is trying to get back into football as a lifestyle but is too big of a drug addict to get back into the game.
I agree with the role model part but i do disagree with the drug addict/pot link.. you told me earlier you don't see a diffrence between pot and crack.. this is one of the many diffrences.. pills, alcohol, crack, blow, meth etc etc sure but pot? so me where marijuana is physically addictive.. it may be mentally addicting but IMO thats on the indivual.. which brings me to my next point:

Yeah, smoking pot could never lead to something worse......some call it the gateway drug. I believe it it too.
Disagree here because while being around a dope dealer may put you around blow or some other drugs, its on the indivdual to take that step and enter that world.. IMO at least, im sure everyone here has had diffrent situations but i really feel that it is on the indivual and their mind

Hmm something tells me people need to stop citing the 'majority public' and start dealing with facts..
Pot laws in Ohio:
Possesion of less than 100 grams:
Minor misdemeanor & 100 dollar fine.. an ounce is 28 grams so you'd need to have a TON of bud to approach 100 grams, so if your not dealing you're pretty much fine in ohio.. oh yeah the minor misdemanor means it does NOT go on your record.

You also should research the history of the "drug" from ancient times through present, wont take much but it really is fascinating.. pot became 'bad' in only the last half century or so.. it helped advance many cultures, as a matter of fact with out the indian hemp seed this country may not nearly be what it is today.

As shown above the penalties.. pot is a 'slap on the wrist' too you're talking without any fact at all, just your preconcieved notions

obviously our government sees some diffrence between crack & pot, regaurdless if you do or not, or the 'majority'
