Hairball would ad instant credibility to the program and would be able to get some wins out of the undersized players he'd be left with while changing Michigan back into a place where NFL prospects might want to go. But, I'm not sure Hairball would bother going to coach Michigan right now if he truly wants an NFL job. Seems to me, he's going to get a couple of offers - one of which lets him stay pretty much where he's at now - San Fran.

I don't know as the allure of your alma mater coming to you on their knees begging you to fix the once proud program......Might be hard to say, "Thanks but no thanks"...

Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The NFL might be Harbaugh's ultimate goal and nothing Michigan can offer him will get him there.
