Rich Rodriguez (official thread of last laughs)

OK, it was fun for awhile, but...

Our rival is not the same as West Virginia. West Virginia is fine, no offense to them is intended. But they are not fit to be our rival. There is only one school that is both fit to be our rival and hated enough to be our rival.

I will not say that they deserve bett... nope, I just won't say it...

Michigan's Rich Rodriguez: Rich made it through the day without saying too much that could damage him,

Eh, he managed to throw in a few of his patented, "I'd rather discuss guys that play for Michigan."

It was kinda awkward when he was asked about Pryor

Can't say I'm shedding any tears over Michigans recent struggles but Rich Rod will have them competing at the upper level again within a couple years. He recruits well.
If you think an army of midgets is a D1 football team, then he is the best!

There are some....well probably a lot of people that would say WV is a better gig than Michigan now days. WV has been the better program the past several years.

Which is why Michigan hired their coach. Besides, Dick Wad was already used to wearing maize and blue, it's almost like he really was a Michigan Man.

I think that was Tim May's question. He enjoys asking questions that make folks uncomfortable.

He asked some other coaches questions, most of them having to do with perceived Big Ten inferiority to the SEC. He used the word inferiority to at least 2 different coaches. The BTN guys, Mike Hall and Chris Martin, were mocking him for asking the questions with a heavy drawl. They probably didn't recognize him as being from Columbus, but Ron Zook did - he called him Tim in his response.

Not sure. He said it twice in the article I read...once about Pryor and another time when questioned about kids leaving his program.
