Exactly.

If you remove all the sharp pointy objects, Dusty is less apt to impale himself on any given night.

No doubt he'll figure a way. Removing the sharp scissors and such just cuts down the odds a little.

Getting rid of the scrappy vets just means he'll focus his godlike 'tard powers on mismanaging the pitching on a more epic scale.

I could totally see him starting Chapman on 3 days rest all year long and getting him to 300+ innings :evil:
