Damn that brings back some memories. Back in the 70s listening to Joe and Marty on the radio broadcasts and hearing almost regularly "And this one belongs to the Reds!!" Nothing but some great memories of the Big Red Machine beating the hell out of everyone. Here is to looking forward to the post season. It has been a long time coming.:cheers:

Fuck you, WOW Internet and Cable. Fuck you and fuck your mother. Cable's fine when I get home from work at 6:15. Go to class and get back at 8? No cable, no internet. It finally came back......30 minutes after the game ended. Sons of whores.

At least I got to listen to it.

Professional Sports. I wasnt really hating either. I was just saying. WTF is the columbus crew?? Is that lacrosse or badminton ? Anyway just did some research and didnt know you guys have won pennants in the past!!! Well i hope all you guys have fun and enjoy watching the games!! I thought this was a Bungles thread :P

BTW...did the Rockies get the memo they are out of the playoffs? The Cards put together a makeshift lineup once they were eliminated, but for some reason the Rockies decided to throw out their usual starters.

I only took a look to see how Votto having the day off would affect the whole MVP thing. He probably has it locked up, but I still wanted to see if Pujols and Cargo were playing. Pujols got the day off (as expected), but Cargo is playing. At least he is 0-4 so far. Tulo is having a heck of a day, but I don't think he has any kind of chance.

edit: further musings on the Rockies. Since MLB decided to oversee the humidor process, the Rockies are 1-3 at home, and will probably go to 1-4.
