Since you went with "state of Ohio" and therefore it includes Cleveland, I know what you are getting at. Yet the Reds have a pretty good history in the playoffs. Of course they haven't been there in 15 years.

Anyway, please don't lump anything in Cleveland with Cincinnati. Sam Wyche said it best....

Columbus Crew and Ohio State have done OK this decade. If you're hinting that the record of Cleveland sports franchises affects other Ohio teams, then forget it, the rest of Ohio disowned Cleveland two decades ago.
