Reds tidbits (2010 season)

Whiny bitches have a 9-2 lead on the Pirates in the 9th. Pujols has homered twice. No help on the magic number today, which means the soonest Cincinnati can clinch gets pushed back to Saturday.

well this is interesting, Im guessing Votto is still out with that sinus infection so Razor is getting the start at 1B

Dusty said if Votto says he's sick, then he's really sick. Votto went to one of the Padres' team doctors today because he hasn't shaken whatever is ailing him.

The bullpen continues to blow leads. Now it's Masset and Rhodes.

This team really does not look good, and the bullpen looks downright awful. Perfect time too.
This Reds team has arrived a year early (thanks in no small part to the Cards sucking something awful). It's sad seeing them play like ass down the stretch after a great May-August, but any post season games at all this year are gravy to me. This team is building for 2011-2015. Honestly, I was just hoping for a winning record this year.

Chapman goes an inning and a third, throws 25 fastballs all between 100-105, and not a single slider.

curious, wasn't it?

This team's inability to get a clutch hit right now is going to make for a very short post season, assuming Duh-sty can figure out how to win 3 more games and clinch this freaking thing. :(
