It'd be great if Griff could go yaya and tie Frank Robinson all-time for opening day long-balls.

Definatley a nice start to the year!!

Got to also give some props to the organization for remembering the Blufton Baseball players that passed in the tragic bus accident. Very classy thing to do!

Dunner again!!!!! Out near the smoakstacks.

Worst part was Freel ran out an IF hit just in front of Dunn. The SS threw the ball away and Freel went to 2b only the ball bounced off the dugout right back to Lee and Lee threw Freel out.

So, lost RBI for Dunner. Bummer!

Nuxie was just commenting about it too. He is impressed. Radio is about 15 secs ahead of the TV, but worth listening to the opening day broadcast.

Damn! Gonzales just made a diving stop to his left of the 2b bag. Dove back to the bag and just about got out the runner. Was a great play even without the out made.

Of course, I bet Royce Clayton would have got the out !
