This is true. Fortunately, OSU will enjoy very relaxed rules in terms of communication with Samuel...best seen by our Director of Player Personnel being allowed to publicly name Samuel as a future Buckeye.

Correct...OSU is obligated to honor the scholarship offer but Curtis could potentially sign multiple financial aid agreements (hypothetically, Chicken Littles). He is not bound the same way the school is. The upside is that there are no restrictions on in-person contact, phone calls or home visits.

No way DeSoto and Curtis are the same size coming out of HS. Curtis looks sturdier built to me.

Yeah I think Curtis looks 2-3 inches taller than Dontre and a little thicker, regardless of whatever he measured in at.
