RB/WR Curtis Samuel (Buffalo Bills)

Apparently you missed the part about this being the Samuel thread and that non-Samuel discussion needs to stop.

It is all connected to Samuel, however. As we're discussing why whoever is at the "Harvin" position will get touches. And Urban has tapped Samuel to get playtime in just such a role... though of course that's pending how Spring and Fall go.
If you go through the argument, I believe that's the only post I don't tie into Samuel directly. While most of yours have been going on about Braxton this and Ezekiel that; I've kept my posts on topic.
If you want to flaunt your Admin status by abusing the on-topic rules for yourself and then getting uppity when somebody responds... have at it and delete the entire exchange. But the particulars will not have changed, Samuel is likely to get touches next year because Urban spreads the ball around so much.

If Urban and company do open up the passing game a bit more I wonder how many passes would go to a young WR like Smauel? I still expect several quick out style passes, I would love to see more in the 10 -20yd range. But I just tend to think that his style of play and skill set will develope him into a great player but that he sees a very narrow range of plays early on. Total speculation, just excited to see how the offense evolves with these skill positions.

I think he gets as many passes as long as he's open and our coaches can find a proper mismatch in space. And we can't have Braxton forcing him the ball just because he's on the field, he tended to do that at times last year to dontre and opposing teams saw right through it. I agree with the 10-20yd passes though, and also screens. Pretty much watch urbans teams in how he used guys like Chris Rainey, Jeff demps, and Percy harvin in 2008 & 2009 and I believe that's how he'd like to use versatile guys like Samuel, Wilson, Campbell, brown, mclaurin,
