RB Master Teague (3rd Team All B1G)

If anything he might be too big. Looks great with his shirt off but I don't know if you necessarily need to be a body builder to be a running back. He's such a stiff runner.

I don't think his size has to do with him running stiff. That's just his style. See hole, hit hole. If no hole, hit where hole was supposed to be. That's his game

I'm thinking this guy may be one of those who turns out to be a better pro than college back. Maybe gets picked up late (or middle, if he blows up the combine) and then has a solid NFL career. He and his family have been nothing but Buckeye and I wish him the best this year and thereafter.
A better version of Rod Smith and Smith is still in the league. I could see him have an incredible season, 1500 yds and close to 20TDs

Personally I've always liked Teague. I think he starts and I think he does extremely well. With this OL and this passing game? We need a downhill bad ass which is exactly who Teague and Williams are. If that's not enough how about Henderson/Crowley/Pryor.

We have the backs to absolutely wear teams out which is what we need to do. Teague is a huge part of that.

This kid is a beast and if he were our only RB I would be excited about the position. And yet you can make strong arguments (many are) that either Williams or Henderson will take over his spot before the season is over.

And somewhere Evan Pryor - top 100 recruit in last years class - is asking WTF?

If only we had a couple of highly rated QBs, some speedy receivers and a decent OL we could score some points this year.

There has never been an offense this talented suit up in the S&G.

Indeed Teague has the same issue as Brandon Saine. Absolutely no wiggle. Let him get a head of steam and get going he's a fine back with surprising speed but ask him to stop and cut back you are in trouble.

As we saw in 2019, Teague is a devastating change of pace running back. Give your home run threat the bulk of the chances and bring in this monster to grind meat later in the game vs a tired and dispirited defense. It's almost cruel.

No one wants a face full of Teague after they've been chasing a Dobbins/Henderson type all day.

Barring injury or throwing 40 tunes per game, he'll end up with the most carries on the team.

Read @Jaxbuck 's post...
Teague is the finisher, he may not even be starting by mid season. No way does Day not utilize Miyan and Trayveon in every capacity possible. We know what Master can do, and what his ceiling is. The other 2 haven't scratched the surface of their abilities.

We'll revisit this later. If Master doesn't get injured, he will have the most carries unless someone else has a Trey Sermon type of run, which I'll be ecstatic to watch unfold.

Really happy for him getting in and seeing the end zone.

Can't be easy looking like a possible all American as a freshman, then getting passed up by a transfer and two other underclassmen. He keeps working though and the coaches know he's a reliable change of pace with speed to break one.
