wow. lydell, where was that passion and effort and drive before? That looked like an NFL scouted back to me. I'll buy him a lap dance for that effort last night. amazed he had it in him. lydell and joe where just initiating the jarring 'pop's and contact on okie state's DBs all night, knocking them back 3 - 4 yrds each time, beautiful to see. big 12 is wack.
I thought it was Hamby who threw the second block. I have it on tape, so I'll have to go back and watch sometime, but I'm pretty sure it was #80.
Great game for Lydell. He's had a tough 3+ years, so it's good to see him go out like this, even though I'm still not convinced it was him in that jersey... isn't Jonathan Wells still down in Texas?
Lydell had a fantastic work-out with the Tampa Bay Bucs yesterday. The Bucs called him see if he would be interested in playing in Tampa.
"It would be a dream come true to play in my hometown. I am just honored that they would think enough of me to fly me down here. I am pumped, maybe they draft me or take me as a free agent- It is just exciting to think about"- Lydell said in our conversation.
