RB Erik Haw (official thread)

No, actually it's a stupid thought and warrants absolutely no discussion.
Ok.. then go back to talking about Maurice Clarett. There's a reason why I said I did not think it would happen. Anything to keep our discussion in football.

This is as good or better a topic than Killer and grad going at it.

Will the addition of C. Wells make Haw better?

Haw was a highly regarding recruit 2 years ago. I remember he faired well at a SCUM camp. TSUN wanted him really bad. I for one was thrilled he committed and thought he might play some this past year.

Early on last year I read reports that he wasn't adjusting to the college life that well. In fact he may have been in the "dog house". Later, in the season, I've read that Haw was really starting to come along on the scout team. Hopefully he has made the adjustment to college and matured somewhat.

With no real "Big" back on the roster next year will the addition of C. Wells in 06 light a fire under Haw to step it up in 05? I for one hope so. Haw has good size and the speed to be 20-30 carry type back. I believe, If Haw can gain of few pounds and maintain his speed he will have his chance to shine in 05. With C. Wells coming in 06 it may be Haw's only chance.

The futue is looking bright for OSU. Isn't awesome to finally be able to discuss having depth at RB and OL? Wow!
