Does anyone else hope mr wells will be the answer to our red zone offense?

From all the hype he's getting does anyone expect him to be starting by the third week of november? Im not saying one way or another, asking for others input..

As much as I love WELLS and I'VE been backing him up since 3 years ago and he is a freak of a player , It would be really tough to replace Pittmen that fast already since his last few games he became the buckeyes answer in the red zone.

Yeah, but if Pittman bust long runs they may take him out and put Wells in, while in the Redzone, much like they tried with Schnit early in the season.

Found this interesting tidbit on the PSU site.

I think this guy is talking about Beanie.

More Trips to the Well(s) What is going on with Ted Ginn, Sr. not utilizing top running back prospect Maurice Wells? Wells, who is built like a veteran NFL running back, has seen very limited time at running back. In fact, the only time Wells saw the field was in goal line formations. Spiller has gotten the vast majority of carries and done well, but the nonusage of Wells is mystifying.

Don't know how credible this guy is because all I've heard is how great Wells has looked and how much he's been running and running hard. Oh yeah, Maurice Wells?

Every year, there is a "guaranteed to start" player..

JamO
JZ over CK
MDA
MoW
Boone

Rarely does a freshman make a serious impact...How about we let CWells get on campus, adjust to college football, and try to keep the pressure of expectation off of him as much as possible.

It's pretty simple. Ginn knows where Wells is going in a few weeks and that he needs to be fresh. He gets light duty in practice, puts on a show at the game, and comes to Columbus for winter workouts ready to roll! Ginn may not be paid for it, but I think he's on the staff at OSU

well that psufan has not been getting all the news

Wells is dominating when he runs but, there are alot of players there to play so he can not get every touch

just another new fan that has no clue about recruiting

its an all star practice , so all players get there chance there an in the game

Well hopefully him being here for fall practice will take care of that and we will be obsessing about him in the fall.
