RB Chris "Beanie" Wells (All B1G, All-American)

It has the Purdue Michigan basketball game listed for them.. The game was televised two years ago here, but last year it was listed but not televised, and now this year it isn't even listed.. Anyway to get the game some other way?

I'll go on record and say that Wells will eventually bulk up to to 240+

I would like some action on that! With most kids I would say that is a very good bet, but Chris just seems to be phsically more mature then almost any kid I have seen come out of HS in a long long time.

Then again most people thought he would out grow out of his RB position even when he was Soph and would become a LB.

Regardless he will be fun to watch the next couple of years.

Everyone on the boards seem to be talking about Brandon Spikes' leveling hit on Beanie in practice yesterday. I guess it was a good one, and dazed Beanie for a second. But what I love is that on the very next play, Beanie on a sweep bowled over some guys for a TD.

Scout.com (free)

Wednesday morning notebook from Jamie Newburg. Says that Chris Wells continues to be a dominant player on the field.

What I think is funny is that between the updates on scout and rivals, the defensive players that make a name for themselves do it by simply tackling Beanie. That tells me how dominant he's been...
