All of the worrying and reassuring has been split off to the Reference Locker if anyone wants to continue that conversation....otherwise, let's stick to the news concerning CW here.

if anyone is bored this evening i recommend visiting the usc scout site free board and examining the thread on wells' visit. apparently wells had "the twinkle in his eye" look that means a decommit is forthcoming.
Bright lights, big city
It's hard not to get caught up in everything that is Los Angeles, and for several impact recruits last weekend's official visit to USC for the Stanford game was everything that they expected – and then some.
One of the biggest recruits that was blown away was the nation's No. 2 running back, Chris Wells. The long-time Ohio State running back said he couldn't believe everything he saw in Los Angeles.
"I loved California," he said. "It was amazing. I couldn't believe everything I saw. The fans, the crowd, the city – it was everything I thought it would be and then some. I'm still an Ohio State commitment man, but this situation, and this place definitely gives you a lot to think about."
when the kid says it is the future, there's no need to hope.Lets hope that this is the future.
that must be why there aren't many TGinn's around. you can't teach huge RBs to run like the wind. Players like Wells and Peterson don't come along very often. You can always be taught speed.
