QB/WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

No, Herbie is the best type of Buckeye fan. A Objective one. He doesn't love the school so blindly that he refuses to believe anyone involved int he program can do no wrong. He see's it for what it is. He loves the program he loves the school not the people who make up the program.

Herbie's issue with Pryor was he thought he was a primadona. Always whining, talking about injuries, critizing, not leading the team, and being high maintance. Which really he's been dead on. Just because he critizes the program and often times players or coaches doesn't make him any less a buckeye fan. The guy is the definition of a buckeye. Wants whats best for the school and the program.

Sorry--I had to stop right there. I couldn't stop laughing. Is Herbie's objectivity what caused him to drop OSU 3 spots in the polls after winning the Sugar Bowl (just one example of his antics, mind you)? Let me guess--you think that EVERY SINGLE OTHER VOTER who, you know, didn't drop OSU 3 spots for winning a BCS game, is not objective, and that Herbie's the only voter capable of objective thinking, right?

Exactly, and I'm just an unbiased Herbie fan. I just want him to be the best spray-tanned talking head he can be. So when I say shit like "He's a dickhole for naming Brew without any evidence or apology when proven wrong", I'm just being a better Herbie fan than you.

Is the consensus truly that TP will not be back/be welcomed back?

Honestly, I wondered if Braxton came in and played well in 3 or more games if they wouldn't just stick with him. Now, even more so. Because this thing has gotten so huge, I wonder if it would be better for the 5 to move on, simply because there may be too much baggage. Start fresh.

I'm not advocating it, just thinking out loud.

And TP scares me, his judgement seems to be really poor, as shown by his showing up in yet another new vehicle. I don't give a shit that a kid has a new car, or 5 new cars, but for god's sake, think about the situation.

I appreciate the good moments with Terrelle, including his acceptance of the punishment and taking responsibility after the Sugar Bowl, but it seems that the time has come to move on.

Can we please stop fucking calling him a Buckeye fan? He's an alumnus, ESPN paid commentator, and that's it.

He's not a goddamn fan.

Whether founded or not, he has acted like a dick in his interactions with the school the past few years, and has been especially harsh with Pryor. Again, I'm not saying it wasn't founded in truth, I'm saying he didn't have to be an asshole.

I don't see how he can either way. He's going to be vilified and it's going to be mostly his own doing.

I have the opposite reaction to his sugar bowl "apology" now. It rings pretty hollow when he continues to drive around in shiny new cars while the entire program is under investigation. Pulling up to the WHAC in a $35K Nissan sports car the day all hell breaks loose and smiling and waving at reporters shows he's either incredibly insincere or...well, I'll stop there.
