QB/WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Enough is [censored]ing enough. What has to happen before tp pauses to think for a moment before acting? I know that none of his transgressions have been of the hangin' offense variety, but I just don't see any personal growth, maturity or recognition that his actions represent the larger university community. He says what he has to when called on the carpet, but those words are increasingly coming off as hollow and self serving.

Agreed. He's not coming off in the right way at all. You all know it.

Time to....ummm how do you put it without talking shit about a Buckeye??

I'm 20....It's time to grow up man.

It's not gonna get him anywhere by talking like this. Think what you want TP. I've had your back for a long time, but come on man. You gotta be above it. You gotta be mature. I honestly don't believe that someone of this maturity level could lead us to a National Title. I'm not trying to hate on Terrelle either......

BucKyle was saying earlier that some people don't shy away from contact (aka TP)...well I don't either. But I know when to speak my mind. I let my work do the talking. I'll talk shit to the other side. But I'm not gonna do it in front of the cameras. It's like a job interview. You might have swag or whatever but there's a time and place for everything. I get his mindset. But i don't get the timing. Talk shit to whoever you want. But don't put it out in front of the whole world. You gotta look more professional. More mature. I'm mature. But I still have confidence. It's fine to have confidence, but I'm not gonna go into a job interview and talk shit about the last guy. Just be mature man. It almost saddens me...

If I crossed the line let me know...... I'm trying very hard not to....

Win or lose, this will be one of the more difficult off-seasons to endure in my relatively short tenure as a Buckeye fan. Here's hoping basketball season distracts me until at least early April. Then I can go through my usual routine about complaining that baseball season should be over already so that football can come back.

With that said. I'm excited to see what comes of TP's career. I've lost a bit of respect for him over the past few weeks, but I've not lost my optimism that we've not yet seen the best from this young man. Here's hoping 2011 is a great year for him, starting Jan 4th.

How in the fuck is that a "fact"?

Also, plenty of leaders have been effective mouth runners. In fact, the better he leads on the field, the more he can flap his gums off it. He wins a NC next year, he can literally go on ESPN and tell Herbie to suck a fat horse cock and I'll DVR that shit to replay for my future children.

Yea. If he does that then he can do whatever he wants. Until then close your mouth and work towards your goal of winning that Championship.

Talk all you want, I honestly don't care, but just cut YOURSELF some slack and don't dig a hole in the media. It's not worth it for you or for your team.

I get the confidence and the Fuck you attitude. But just cool it out you know.........It's not worth it...

interesting comments from TP around the 5m20sec mark. Can't really hear the question, but I think he's asked what did he learn from the upcoming suspension and he says "I didn't really learn anything because I already new it was wrong two years ago."

strange. He looks like he just hates talking to these guys the whole time he's sitting there. Can't blame him though, dude's are vultures.

I am usually way over critical and expect these kids to be men.... The Ozone interview didn't come off too bad to me. The Kirk and him nonsense was childish but about talking about the rules... He knew he broke a rule, and said the same decision wouldn't be made... I thought that was interesting.... Basically confirming there was no lack of understanding it was pure selfish...

Actually what he stated Was that he didn't learn anything at this point because he had already learned it was against the rule but he was implying that he had learned that rule in between the time of his actions and the suspension.

I agree. The last thing you need to be talking about right now is the Michigan game. You can't make a big deal about Herbie never beating Michigan, when you just embarrassed the University and let down your coaches and teammates because you sold your Gold Pants.

I don't know what's happened to this kid over the last year. He admitted he was arrogant as a freshman. Last year he really looked like he was trying hard to be humble and it came across in interviews. Somewhere along the line this season he started bringing unneeded attention to himself whether in interviews or on twitter. This whole thing with Herbie has gotten ridiculous.

He is friends with Lefraud James:biggrin:
