Nah, not for me. No one will live up to Troy Smith IMO, atleast not anyone i've seen. Signed as an athlete, played as a running back, made back up, made starting QB, won the HT, and got us a national title. *gush* I hate it soooooooooooooo fucking much that his pro career has been what it has.

I haven't caught up enough to know what the injury is exactly (if they have come out and said it) but from my experience in the baseball world if the injury is labrum related he will never throw anything as well as he did before. Not saying he won't be a dynamic college football player, just that his already questionable NFL QB prospects would probably be done with a labrum tear. He simply won't have the arm strength.

if you loved Troy Smith so much, you would know that he didn't bring Ohio State a MNC win.

Within it, the author talks about Andrews surgically repairing Clemens labrum back in the 80s. Guess it depends on the severity. If it's torn so much that his (Braxton's) shoulder completely dislocated, then I'm inclined to follow your thoughts more. Granted, the science has advanced greatly in the last 25+ years.

1. What is the relationship between this injury and the February surgery?
2. If there is none, WTF?

You must have watched a different MNC game than me. Troy had a disastrous night, one of many Buckeyes to do so on that occasion.
