I agree. As much as I hate to say it, he is right. The B10 has been down for several years. The speed/size combination of the elite teams nationwide (read: warm climate schools mostly, not just SEC) has been better than ours. Our most recent big stage performances have not helped our cause. It has been said over and over and over again, to make them stop, we need to go out and win. Over the past three years we will have played Florida, Texas (x2), LSU and USC, all schools that we are being compared too. So far only one win (Texas) with another chance tonight.BucyrusBuckeye;1372474; said:You guys need to take a break about Herbie, he is a highly successful sports broadcaster doing his job very well.

In 02, the Big Ten was tough, dog tough, and playing though that schedule prepared the Buckeyes to take it to Miami who at the time was putting up big stats in a weak Big East. The Fiesta Bowl that year (NCG) was not as close as the score indicated.
