I believe that's the minimum for underage drinking. Already announced suspension for next week.

According to twitter the two game suspension doesn't apply because it was a cited/misdemeanor. Still has been suspended for Minnesota, Illinois has not been addressed yet. I'm guessing he's available for MSU and is probably going to want to make up for his mistakes.
