Post 23 Season tOSU Coaching Changes

He coordinated two really good bammer offenses and Bryce Young won the Heisman under his tutelage. Looking back at those two Bammer teams, I cannot pinpoint a game where you could really say the offense shit the bed. Maybe against UGA in that NC game, but that was a great UGA defense. QB play under him has been outstanding everywhere he's coached save for the Pats this year, but they were a dumpster fire personnel-wise, so I'm inclined to give him a pass on that one.

I like the hire. Experienced play caller with an excellent resume and frees Day up to be the CEO he should be. I'm more optimistic now than yesterday.

Jameson Williams getting hurt really changed that UGA game he was torching them before he got hurt. Bama probably wins that game if he doesn’t get hurt. They were without their #2 WR Metchie too he tore his ACL in the SEC title game.

Bama fans totally misplace blame toward O’Brien when none of their shortcomings in 21 or 22 were his fault. 22 they lost 2 games due to bad defense. They had close to 600 yards and scored 49 points vs Tennessee and lost and their goofy fans blame the offense

Jahmyr Gibbs dropped a wide open pass in middle of field that should've sealed the Tenn game..

If the Buckeyes play this weird O’Brien situation and turn it into (in my opinion) an upgraded Chip Kelly hire, I will really believe order in the universe is being restored towards the Buckeyes and away from the evil up north. It would give me a hearty laugh at this crazy off season.

Credit to Day and the entire program for the hard work retooling things but that would be some unexpected luck how the dominoes fall.

Now come drive this car, Chip.
