Charge him with sayin' sumpin ya didn't hear real good!

:roll1: You're acting like you didn't even read the fucking part where he gave the officer the "crazy face" too. That's a two-faced violation.

Or he could have just complied with what the cop wanted him to do and avoided the whole thing.

True. And the cop could've not been a total fucking dick licker and not arrested a guy at a noise complaint for multiple face violations.

Probably a Dangerous Darkies fan. After a year like this, a man can be expected to have a bit of a crazy face...

Darkies v Maritz UTD

Dangerous Darkies have blown hot and cold this season, but not so Maritzburg United, who have managed to leap into promotion contention since Boebie Solomons arrived late last year.

Following his bizarre sacking by the Santos management, Solomons - aided by Innocent Mayoyo - has provided stability at United, who lie eight points behind Free State Stars.

United have emerged as the main team in the KwaZulu Natal midlands after rivals Maritzburg City were demoted to the Vodacom League.

They should prove too dangerous for Darkies.

Judge extends Bowman's probation

BELLEFONTE, Pa. (AP) -- A judge sentenced Penn State's Navorro Bowman to an extra 12 months of probation and to undergo drug testing and counseling after the linebacker admitted smoking marijuana.
Bowman, the Nittany Lions' leading tackler last season, was already on probation after pleading guilty in May 2008 to disorderly conduct in connection with a campus fight the previous fall. He also had been ordered to complete 100 hours of community service.

A probation officer said in court Wednesday that Bowman, in a meeting earlier this month, admitted to using marijuana twice, a violation of his probation that was scheduled to end next month. Defense attorney Stacy Parks Miller said there was confusion in that statement, and that Bowman clarified to the judge that he used the drug once but had thought about using it a second time this spring.

Bowman's probation was extended until April 2010.

Centre County Judge Bradley Lunsford also ordered Bowman to stay away from alcohol and any establishments that serve alcohol. In a stern lecture, Lunsford warned that any more violations could lead to six months in jail.

"I'm trying to stay above board, stay out of trouble," said Bowman during the 30-minute hearing, adding later, "I will not be back here."

I'd say Beaver Stadium is going to be nice and clean again this year, but
a) They didn't clean the stadium when they were supposed to last time.
b) This asshole didn't even do his court mandated community service.....what makes you think he'd do the stadium cleaning that they didn't even do last year?

Jesus! Bowman didn't show up for any community service and he gets just a slap on the wrist? Guess he didn't take it very seriously. Yet, the Nitwits are even defending him! Why am I not really surprised at this?

Tailback Darius Marshall and defensive back DeQuan Bembry, also known as DeQuan Starling, were arrested early Saturday in Cabell County and charged with possession with intent to deliver. An officer at Western Regional Jail said they both were being held there on $20,000 bond.
The officer did not know if the players had an attorney.

Last season as a sophomore, Marshall ran for 1,177 yards and scored five touchdowns. Bembry had 80 tackles, including 7.5 for loss, and intercepted a pass as a redshirt freshman.

Four PSU football players reportedly live in an apartment that had a search warrant issued for it when police saw and smelled marijuana inside. QB Daryll Clark, according to FightOnState.com reportedly moved out of the apratment over Winter break.

Penn State University police received a search warrant for the Nittany Apartments after seeing marijuana in plain view in the kitchen and smelling it throughout the apartment. According to the Centre Daily Times, the apartment has four football players living in it, and lists those four names on the search warrant.

While the player’s names weren’t listed in the report, the address was, and very quickly PSU quarterback Daryll Clark’s name was attached to a very serious charge.
Now word comes from FightOnState.com that Clark had moved out of the listed apartment at the end of fall semester, and that the online directory had yet to be updated. They also report that “sources close to the program and local law enforcement have said Clark is not involved in the pending case.”

While I’m not calling the report bogus, I don’t know many college students that move over winter break. Either way, while Clark, an All-Big Ten quarterback might be in the clear, there are still four football players whose names are allegedly listed on a search warrant.

Kirk Ferentz's son has pleaded guilty to public intoxication for the incident about a month ago.

SI.com

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) -- Two Iowa football players charged with public intoxication have pleaded guilty.

Online court records show James Ferentz and Zach Derby pleaded guilty Friday.

Ferentz, Derby and a third player, Tyler Christensen, were arrested by University of Iowa police on April 6.

Police say Derby and Christensen tried to pick a fight with an off-duty officer around 2 a.m. and were arrested. Christensen pleaded guilty later that day.

Police say Ferentz came out of a parking lot while officers were speaking with Derby and Christensen and was loud, had watery eyes and smelled of alcohol.

Penn State football: Penn State football players' apartment searched for possible marijuana -- themorningcall.com
An application for search warrant, signed early April 26, identifies the apartment residents as Stephfon Green, Devon Still, Eric Latimore and Johnnie Troutman. None of the players has been charged, and the results of the seizure are scheduled to be released today.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, police responded to a report of a loud party at the Nittany Apartments complex. After arriving, police heard a fire alarm and "detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana" near the apartment, the affidavit states.

After knocking on the door and receiving no response, police entered the apartment "for health and safety reasons," the affidavit states. A woman who said she had a key unlocked the door, the affidavit states.

Upon entering, police observed marijuana "in plain view in the kitchen," the affidavit states. The warrant was served at 1 a.m. April 26, less than 12 hours after the Blue-White spring game.

Last September, police served a similar warrant to an on-campus apartment party. As a result, players Maurice Evans and Abe Koroma were charged with possession of marijuana and began serving probation in February. They also served a three-game suspension.

We have been told by sources we trust that Daryll Clark does NOT live at the apartment mentioned in the CDT story.

He is NOT mentioned as being a resident of the apartment in the search warrant, either.
Officiating still has it out for them, even with regard to student conduct :tibor:
I bet I know who called. It was probably a guy with a name something like Michael Madiera. At this point I'm almost sure he has a list of where all the football players live and personally walks around every night inspecting their residences himself. It's his biggest claim to fame. Forget trying to find the previous DA, Ray Gricar. Madiera wants the football players! Forget the two guys that broke into more than 10 student living quarters, stealing possessions and beating up girls. Nah, Madiera wants those pot-smoking punk football players! Don't even mention the two men who recently strolled around town attacking innocent civilians, sending one to the ER in critical condition...they won't bring Madiera due respect. It's the football players!

Only one way to be rid of Medeira once and for all. Everyone who is a registered voter in Centre County needs to elect his opponent when he runs again. I only wish I lived out there to campaign against him. He just can't get enough of the CDT's spotlight, limited as it is.
And watch his replacement be worse.

I'm all in favor of getting rid of him, but the right person has to replace him.
Makes you wonder how a candidate would do if he went around talking up being fairer and more judicious with prosecuting PSU athletes. Would that help or hurt that candidate's chances?
It would probably fly better than a candidate stating that he would continue to injudiciously prosecute PSU athletes. Not gonna get too many votes that way.

How about a candidate who would try to actually do his job and not attempt to make himself the story? That kind of promise would be refreshing.
To be fair, there were some voicing their displeasure with another blunder by PSU players, but the victim routine is so tired by now, it had to be noted.

newsflash you dumbass nit....whoever you are. The people who (probably) killed Ray Gricar, broke into more than 10 student living quarters, stealing possessions and beating up girls, strolled around town attacking innocent civilians and sending one to the ER.....they were probably football players.
