Michigan might break off a bunch of explosive plays again with a receiving corp I've been critical of all season. But it's not certain in any way.
Those last two runs at the end of the 4th quarter should be totally embarrassing to the team. I won't say Ohio State quit; but I'll guess that the defense believed that a loss was inevitable, had their heads down, and weren't playing with the same intensity/"gusto". That shouldn't happen in a rematch.

With that being said, scUM has been a strong 2nd half team all season:
How Michigan has outscored its last four opponents 100-3 in the second half
On a college football Saturday that saw the Nos. 1, 4, and 6 teams lose, fifth-ranked Michigan trailed at halftime against Rutgers.
No sweat for the Wolverines. They outscored Rutgers 38-0 in the second half to win 52-17 and remain undefeated.
This wasn’t a desperate surge from a team trying to stay in the playoff hunt. It was the continuation of a trend.
Michigan has outscored its last four opponents in the second half by a combined margin of 100-3.
“The numbers are really good, right? Incredible,” Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh said on Monday. “The thing I would point to more than adjustments or anything is just how hard our guys are playing. It just screams at you on the tape when I watch it. Especially on the defense. But the offense too and special teams. It is so noticeable how hard guys are playing. It’s 60 minutes of that kind of effort.”

Regardless, Ohio State won the 1st half 20-17. Ohio State isn't Rutgers and/or the other cupcakes scUM had on their schedule; there was no reason that they couldn't have won the 2nd too.
