How about this: if you want me to show up at 8:00 for an 8:15 appointment, just make my appointment for 8:00. Don't make it for 8:15 and then say, "Show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork." Tell me 8:00 and then tell the doctor 8:15.

Ha - now my wife has a thing she has to go to next week. She has to show up an hour before her appointment. FFS.

Project managers. Pretty much even and up to the average project manager. Exceptional PMs are worth their weight in gold. The average PM creates more work than they solve and when they schedule more administrative meeting hours than billable allocation in a given week, their shit is out of control.

When I retire, I’m going to throat punch a few on my way out the door for good measure.

Ah! Yeah. It's just we're putting new coversheets on all the TPS reports before they go out now. So if you could go ahead and try to remember to do that from now on, that'd be great. All right!

Doing new car shopping.. you can't get the best cars (Toyota Highlander or Honda)...
. and if you do it's still full sticker (one dealer still adds $3K !?!?)
so considered to buy used.. order the new one I want which won't be delivered till next year then trade the used car in...
so found a used Honda I liked.. to be advised.. it's full sticker price + $2100 for 2 Toyota add-ons.. to get 'certified' plus a 'security package'

I am so fucking sick of large corporations and their race to the bottom in every facet. Product quality is garbage, prices are outrageous, service is fucking abysmal. And there is zero competition so they just continue be worse and worse every year and there is absolutely nothing we can fucking do about it.
