I may watch too much porn, but I took that a. . . certain way.It is only Joe who was in the dark.

No, but I did get the impression that for him the "first mile" equated to "just the tip, promise."Did you ask if he'd "walked" the second mile?
I wish I could find the footage of the defensive player beating up on the big bad punter for the other team back in the 90's. My memory of that was that it was worse than what the LSU kid did. I want to see it again, though.JVP might have had a heart attack and died during the screaming, spitting aftermath had one of his players ever done that.
Ha. "Covered up". PSU probably shouldn't criticize anyone for covering anything up.If he were not on "scholarship" at LSU he would be in Jail for a series of crimes I'm sure are being "covered up".
Cults lack self-awareness.Not too sexy of a story. The thread is about what BWI thinks of the LSU player cheap-shotting the Wiscy player. Mostly "arrest him!" or "ban him from football for X games!"
Two comments stuck out to me:

I never saw a Kentucky Derby (live). So, one year I finally made the trip. Worse experience ever.
Where I stood, I couldn't even see the race. All the ladies were wearing OVER THE TOP hats. Didnt they realize people were behind them. When I asked security to get involved, they just stared at me like I was an idiot or something.
When I asked the women to remove their hats, one woman said to me, and I quote, "It's the Kentucky Derby!" When I said, "I know that." She replied, "So, what's your problem then?" I felt like Lou Costello in a "Who's on first" routine.
Suffice it to say, I will never attend another Kentucky Derby again!
At one time many of us thought we we a cut above.... as a school, as a program, and as fans. The older I get the more I realize we are just like everyone else. Fans of other schools always said we were hypocrites. I guess we are.
Has hell frozen over?

what the fuck is going on?Which is my point Jim. We are pretty much the same as everywhere else in every way. When other fans are rowdy we jump all over them. When our fans do it we explain it away. When a player at another school gets in trouble, we are quick to condemn. When it happenes to us we explain it away. When we do something great like THON we sing its praises. When another school accomplishes something great we minimize it. Every school has their share of triumps and tragedies. What we may have more of is arrogance.
