Some highlights:

You guys are spending way too much time on unscientific poll.
Who cares who games the poll the best to win? It means nothing.

I think our folks here are simply trying to make sure that the network doesn't get the chance to spin this as a defeat of Joe..... again.

And if he wins, the headline is "Paterno still beloved despite sex scandal."

The OP outlines the ways one could stuff the ballot box, and he encourages it. The belief is that ESPN is rigging the results so that Joesus would lose. So... to make it harder for ESPN to rig the results, the mutants are stuffing the ballot box. "We're cheating so that ESPN can't cheat. And we all know that they will if they are given the chance."

Plus, I love that there's a headline. Like, the results of a very un-biased, unscientific poll is going to make headlines. Actually, I take that back. It WILL make headlines in State College and in other mutant-controlled media.
