That's great. Ped State isn't it and they never will be. Wisconsin, Michigan State, Purdue and Illinois are all better potential rivals than the Pedsters, simply because of the length of time they've been playing and the history that is there in the Big Ten.

I take joy in beating Ped State more than any B1G team other than scUM. Wisconsin was #2 on the list until Bert packed his bags. With scUM I want us both to go 11-0 before The Game every year so that we can ruin their BCS hopes. With Ped State I want them to go 0-12 every year and the fan base to have a giant Kool-Aid party in that shithole erector set of a stadium they play in.

Yep. Turned an overgrown community college into a respectable university that has an outside shot at AAU membership down the road and increased their endowment and research funding massively. She, however, fired an out of control renegade drunk coach who had zero-point-zero graduation rates. And for the latter, they absolutely loathe her. I'm absolutely comfortable with her being on our short list, and perhaps that might be a clue as to why she may have just punked the pedsters.

Frankly, juggalo hatred should be worn as a badge of honor.

This is one area where I don't trust the coaches. A rivalry isn't based on a second year HC's sound bite meant to avoid giving PSU bulletin board material. In the B1G, it's based on tradition. TSUN is tOSU's rival. The only rival that matters.

This is not the first time Penn State has conducted a search for president. Is there a set procedure (SOP) for selecting presidential selection committee members? How are members selected? By vote? If so, who votes? By one person? If so, who is the one person to choose? Is there a procedure that specifies the make-up of the presidential selection committee by trustee type (e.g., x alumni-elected members, yindustry representatives, etc.)?

The alumni-elected trustees represent the largest segment of the voting group on the BOT (9 out of 30). How is it that the 12-member presidential selection committee was formed with on
ly 1 out of 9 alumni-elected trustees? Is that allowed per university or BOT procedure?
