According to whoever this is, prosecutors claim that Sandusky was abusing victims for "decades" before 1998. No real shock to me. Also no real shock to me that the Penn State fans are the only ones who are mentioning the link between Sandusky and Penn State, and then they're also the ones complaining that they shouldn't be punished further for anything that comes from this.
Oddly enough, there's still no concern for the supposed victims of those decades of abuse.

I think early to mid 80's at a minimum. I suspect there are people that know a more definitive time frame for the earliest acts.

There's no spine from any of them. They think they're going to change the way the BOT does things, but seemingly one by one they've been converted. Adam was the first to show his limp spine. What's in it for the new trustees to follow the same old story? Yes, the story in which these people campaigned against.

Perhaps my comment above was premature, but we can see that these people have handed out foggles and labeled them as transparent.

The board gloats about implementing almost all of the Freeh recommendations and they say that was their primary focus, but the fact that they are ignoring really the only good recommendation Freeh made; National search for a qualified AD.

But of course the bowling ball headed ass clown Is still there and not going anywhere. Why is that?

Yup, that would certainly solve any cultural issues that might exist. If only the report had included "AND HAVE A GOOD COACH AND WIN SUM GAMEZ LOL," it would have been a masterpiece of child abuse prevention recommendations lauded by all.
