No......the story says he didn't want a staffer to report some pot smoking to the correct authorities, he wanted to go all Paterno on it and have all indiscretions taken to him directly, likely so he could cover them up.Second Mile member? Friend of Jerry's?
Yes....the coach was pissed off that one of his fencers was turned in for smoking weed because he wanted to take responsibility. That's exactly what he was doing. So if I'm reading this correctly, while Joe Paterno was fired because he didn't take enough direct action and personal responsibility for something (marginally) related to his team, Kaidanov was fired because he took direct responsibility for possible wrongdoing related to his team. How are the coaches supposed to know what to do?
One of the villains in their story is the chick whose job it was to make sure football didn't run the rest of the school. This is the major problem. This is a very Vicky Triponey (sp?) type position and approach to life.
That's right boys and girls. It's time to use the story of a girl who committed suicide after being raped when she was 14 to make you feel better about yourselves. Because that doesn't make you a piece of shit or anything. Thank God that girl got raped and killed herself, right? Now nobody from the state of Montana can talk shit to Penn State fans.Someone had a thread here the other day about their treatment in Montana.
Here's a "people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones" article.
A former Montana high school teacher convicted of raping a
14-year-old female student who later committed suicide will face only 30
days of jail time.
And now it's time for your daily reminder of why these people deserve your contempt:

I know that the BWI crowd and those two egotistical maniacs who have zero regard for anything than inflating their own egos by posting these so called "FACTS AND EVIDENTS" (which are completely conjecture that they pull from their collective, or shall I say "collaborative" asses) are not representative of the full fanbase, but JFC they make them look really, really bad.
I won't bother quoting the stupidity. However, these fuckers are hilarious when trying to figure out what the word "collaboratively" means in context of the Freeh investigation. The usual morons show up and do their usual moron things and basically the one or two (along with the couple non-Pedsters) who have some sense about them are shouted down by the cultists and Pedterno fans.

God I hate that fanbase. There is literally nothing bad I don't wish on them anymore.
Ped State Fan #1: So finally, we're all in agreement about what's been going on with this investigation. Franco?2700

This is starting to sound like there was a concerted effort by NCAA & B10Reply
to bring Penn State down. Why? Perhaps they hated the success of the grand experiment because no other programs could do the same? Who knows, but this is starting to appear more sinister as time goes on, especially when the NCAA is asking Freeh to pursue certain areas of inquiry, likely to fit the NCAA's own hidden agenda.
