I have been reading the responses and comments on the various PSU sites. At first I concluded that the fans there are severely misguided. However, a friend of mine pointed out that no one in their right mind would want to go on and on about these matters in such a manner and expect sympathy. The more they protest and suggest the occurrence of an injustice, the more they look like enabling idiots.
Then it dawned on me; these "idiots" aren't idiots at all, they know exactly what they are doing. They know that their program deserves the harshest of reality checks. They are not satisfied with the measured sanctions agreed to by the NCAA and PSU's administration. The so-called "cult" fan base knows their program deserves worse, and they mean to ensure that is what they get. Consequently, the "idiot's" want to bring the horrors, abuse and lack of institutional response to the fore every chance they get for the sole purpose of preventing anyone from forgetting what type of place State College is.
My hat is off to you, you are not idiots at all. Keep it up, PedState, you are doing God's work.
