I find it quite sad that the douchebag Felli is still using the "Success with Honor" line. After all that's happened. Wow

At first I thought you meant that Penn State (and by association, Joe Paterno) really had no honor. And I'm certainly not going to argue that they did or do have honor. But now I realize that you might be making fun of the "success" part. And I agree. What "success" have they had? 3 Big Ten championships (only 1 of them outright) in 19 years? Tressel did that within 6 years at Ohio State, and then went on to win the next 4 more. That may be the high end of the spectrum, but I'd like to see how many Big Ten championships other coaches have had in that time period, to compare. I'd bet that good ol' Lloyd had at least 3. How about Cooper? A couple? Alvarez I know had at least 2, and Bielema had 2 (his third came a year after Paterno was out at Penn State). Even Randy Walker was able to win at least one at Northwestern. NORTHWESTERN!! If Paterno can't win more than 3 Big Ten conference championships in 19 years at a so-called powerhouse like Penn State, I will argue that "success" part of "success with honor" all day long.

Can't find the article on line to link, but today's Cincinnati Enquirer ran an AP story claiming that Penn State has now spent $45 million + on the Sandusky case in legal fees, penalties, etc.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — The legal bills keep piling up for Penn State related to the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.
A university website updated costs for the scandal this week. The total as of the end of March was more than $45.8 million, covering legal fees along with consulting work and other associated costs.

The total is up roughly $1.4 million from the previous month. Most of that increase, about $1.1 million, is attributed to legal defense fees for the university, or employees or former employees entitled to representation.
The school says it's spent about $15.5 million on such fees as of the end of March.
Firms covered under the fees include the attorneys for three ex-school officials fighting charges that they covered up allegations against Sandusky, a retired assistant football coach.
