Not to split hairs here, Dude. But where the cult sees "reporting" it to two superiors, the Freeh investigators and the rest of the world see "conspiring" with those two (three really) superiors to keep it quiet.

Unless they want to maintain (and many of them do) that those e-mails are out and out frauds, there is no defense for Paterno.

I know, I'm just stating that their excuse of "He reported it to his superiors" is moot if the authorities weren't notified.

I guess we'll let them keep living their meth induced fantasies.

I've had a few on the facebook page lecture me that they'll never change their mind.

My response is that I have no intention of changing your cultist mind. I simply want to aid in shining the light of publicity on it, so the rest of the country can learn better what a dysfunctional, crazy and dangerous place Joestown is.

It seems as though the rally really did wake up the students that these crazy fucks are endangering the value of the their degrees and even their possible job prospects. Everything in the student newspapers this week has been critical of the alumni.

If people can't see that that is a crime in itself than the are deluding themselves.
Families protect pedophiles all the time under the the idea that it's "blood".
Organizations protect pedophiles all the time under the guise that they know the person is "good" because he contributes to them in some way.
What happened at Ped State is worse because they knew he was a pedophile and they were more worried about their "reputation".
In other words they did a cold calculation that what they were doing was "right" for the football program.
A entity being more important than dozens of young boys. :pissed:
I hope there's a special place in Hell for such people.
